A lot of groups I play this in does the whole roster of games for the week. Instead I pick five games that seem like interesting match ups for American Football and you decide the winner. Every week I will set five games and you chose the ones that win. I will then post the last weeks winners by rank. I do winning percentages. This way you don't have to participate every week but it more fun. This is totally open to whoever. Be aware that I use your scores, without names to help teach my kids about tabulating things as a math lesson (It helps me show kids that math really does have a point and that it can be applied to more than other things). So help me teach math and have fun!

This weeks games:

Atlanta @ Chicago

Detroit @ Tampa Bay

Pittsburgh @ Baltimore

Minnesota @ San Diego

Oakland @ Denver (a battle of what?)

And a bonus one:

Thursday game: New Orleans @ Green Bay

To Tbro, I almost booted the Denvar game in place of that Thursday game. I was just worried that an early game on Thursday might scare away potential pickers as they are used to traditional Sunday/Monday match ups. This way if someone bops in after Thursday they can still pick for the weekend.

I really see the Lion's game as something with potential to surprise. They showed either glimmers of luck last year or some great teams really let their guard down.

I am so mad that I have something scheduled for Thursday night. I can't weasel out of it and that sucks. I have to watch the highlights from the game.

I do too. But it's covering ANOTHER football game (college) so I can't complain too much. I'll probably get to watch the 4th quarter of Packers-Saints.

I always do. I sincerely have to keep football out of my mind to properly enjoy the summer.

Atlanta @ Chicago  My Dad is a Falcons fan now. I have to be a homer if only for my dad. So Atlanta

Detroit @ Tampa Bay Detroit. I think they can do it! Maybe a snoozer though. Sadly not only am I screwed on Thursday to watch, I have stuff going on this weekend. I will miss almost all games played.

Pittsburgh @ Baltimore Baltimore. Should be a fun game

Minnesota @ San Diego San Diego. The Chargers should have some gas.

Oakland @ Denver (a battle of what?) I'm curious about this game. They are very under-rated but this could be interesting. I pick Denvar. Although Oakland had some surprising turns last year.

And a bonus one:

Thursday game: New Orleans @ Green Bay - New Orleans released a lot players and it will be interesting to see if old Superbowl team can beat new Super Bowl team. I pick Green Bay.
