Tonight was another recipe from the CIA cookbook, a marinated tofu stir fry. Honestly, it was ridiculously easy to make and was absolutely delicious. Tofu marinated in soy, garlic and ginger for about an hour, and then the stir fry veggies were scallions, carrots, broccoli and snow peas. And more garlic and ginger naturally. Served with a side of rice (even more garlic and a bit of ginger in that too).
