Lovely family photo but I adore the shot of the two girls.  Yeah, you are toast when they are teenagers.

This was on our walk around the neighborhood today. It's hard to look like a bad-ass when you're 8 months old and rocking a pacifier, but Nina gives it a shot.

I refuse to believe all the other models at the shop were uglier.

I'm sure you just saw them and imagined yourself looking all spiffy in a dark coat in bullet-time.

The good thing about living in Spain, besides good food, nice weather and naked boobs in the beach, a lot of people are my same size or smaller.

Folks your size we usually send them to the bullring.

Hey guys, aren't we supposed to be celebrating small children in this thread?  Leave Marcos alone!

True, the focus of the thread is children, not just any small person. Good point.

Because I'm dense, and/or have a lively imagination and can read your comment several different equally-valid ways, what the heck: let's clarify. Are you saying the thread should be pictures-only (or close to it) with not much discussing? That we should take care not to derail so much, to maintain a high proportion of cute kid photos, or that photos should be more the kids and not so much the parents and the kids?

I honestly don't have a complex about this (no, really!). I do think some clarity of direction can only help some threads, this being one of them.

And in general, this would be a thread in which - because it's easily ignored by people who don't wanna look at pictures of tiny nerds* and easily followed by people who do - it just seems like a considerate thing to not go too far off-topic. Should this ever become a thread that, for some weird reason, becomes worth following to someone who actually doesn't enjoy The Cuteness, then that could be awkward. Ditto for going too long without actually showing some cute kids.

Just a thought, really, and I know every thread is a special and beautiful snowflake. But this one stands out, I think.

Now. Showing, not telling:
