Huh... upon closer examination, it looks like Hardware finally worked out an armor he can eat in.

OK, that cover implies that the Heroes are still in the Shadow Cabinet at this point (in answer to my earlier question in another thread). Brilliant cover, though, I'm geeking out! Also, 'mortal remains'? I hadn't kept up with DC enough to know that she was dead. Damn shame.

Is Shadow Thief's power boost somehow relate to the Cabinet's Shadow Slide technology? (Like you'd tell us, even if it was?)

Kimiyo's not dead, so far as I know.

For Arthur Light's status, Final Crisis: Revelations # 1 will have details of interest for you.

I remember the names that go with the faces of all but one of the Milestone characters: "Mr. Top Hat on Human-Shaped Window of Cloudy Sky".  I can't remember his/her/its name.

Maybe he and John Irons can figure out a solution that will work for Curtis someday. After the current troubles are sorted out.

If she's not dead yet, it doesn't sound like she comes through Issue #27 well...

I thought so, and checking the stack of Milestone trading cards I keep in my room, it's Twilight.

If she's on the cover of # 28, though, that suggests something hopeful...

Thanks much! I haven't been able to get at the Milestone cards of my own to make sure, so the confirmation's deeply appreciated.

As I recall, the whole Cabinet roster was almost on the scale of, say, the LSH, All-Star Squadron or (to use another universe's set of characters) the "GI Joe" team. We never did get around meeting them all last time out, did we?

True, Dr. Midnight, Jigsaw, The Highwayman. They only appeared on the cards and in the Chriscross drawn publicity image. A few appeared as adversaries in Heroes. But yeah, there's more, plus Dharma has SYSTEM's personnel as well.

I was just remembering the events of HEROES, where Iota, Donner and Blitzen were declared outlaws and targets by Dharma because they quit.

When I think of how many organizations on all sides that the Cabinet and SYSTEM now have to tiptoe around...Checkmate, DEO, Vandal Savage's crew and its offshoots, the Kobra Cult, al Ghul's outfit, the 100, and on and on...

:-)

Maybe it's time we got our memories refreshed on how to pronounce Kimiyo's codename in Japanese, then?

I blame Fabian Nicieza's Psi Force issues, and John Ostrander's Firestorm and Suicide Squad runs for my thinking right now.
